WEEK 2: SELF non coercive relationship with self / fucked up relationship with selves / inner dialogue / constant tension and investigation of our bodies and spirits capacities
WEEK 3: CONNECTING WITH PLACE: how to connect with political / Indigenious history including more than human / how resistance is happening nearby / being involved with the struggles / / wild animals / waterways /
WEEK 4: COMMUNITY CARE: multiple people needing support at the same time / / relationship problems / community resilience / restorative justice: compassion / worthiness and being able to say “i can do this” i can’t do this”
